Step 1 Hire reliable, motivated people who are outcome-focused.
Step 2 Ensure your digital tools and functionality enable your remote employees to be at their best and get things done by providing a single space where people, tasks, workflow and information can come together.
Step 3 Leave them alone to get on with their work (if step 1 and 2 has been done right there’s little need for Zoom meeting and endless email and text chains).
Step 4 Think critically about the opportunity you have to define the digital strategy and house rules for you and your business.
